hello again after all the updates within the same day something is wrong
after getting an order i didnt get an email that it was completed along with key like usual.
in licensee manager and order page although key is supposed activated and assigned,clicking “show key” doesnt do anything
also clicking “edit” doesnt do anything.
something seems to me messed up.
hope for a fast fix
UPDATE: de/activated plugin again now seems to work “edit” and “show key ” (after edited all keys)
but already activated/delivered keys dont show anything.
now need to see why the email never arrived of new order

I moved the location of the cryptographics secrets to ensure upgradability.
Did you back up your defuse.txt and secret.txt file after installing the plugin?
If you did, then please copy them into wp-contents/uploads/lmfwc-files. Replace the existing two files. Please also note that any keys you added after the update will not work with your old cryptographic secrets.
If you did not, then I am afraid that there is nothing that can be done to get access to the old license keys.
In any case, this whole fiasco with the cryptographic secrets wont happen again, as they are now stored outside the plugin folder.
Im very sorry about the whole mess and I hope that I could be of help. If something isnt a 100% clear or you still need help let me know.

replaced the two files and old keys delivered are ok but i have to edit again all the other.
Sorry about that, I had to make that change though.
The defuse.txt and secret.txt file are absolutely vital for proper functionality, without them nothing works. I thought about just removing this whole encryption feature and storing the licenses in plain text (un-encrypted) but that’s too much of a security risk.
These two files were originally stored inside the plugin folder itself. The only problem with this is that after every plugin update you would have to copy your backup files into the plugin folder because WordPress plugin udpates delete the entire folder and then redownload the plugin, causing your files to get lost.
I fixed this issue by moving them outside the plugin folder, into the wp-contents/uploads/lmfwc-files folder. Nevertheless, keep those two files backed up, just in case.

thank you for your reply. yes its good to be encrypted for security.
something i noticed, beofre you replied i made a test order to see how it works the key delivered but after replaced to get the old ones the new doesnt work. i already re-added the same key as a separate id but i cant delete the “ghost” one is this normal? if it get activated/delivered it wont be able to delete it?
tried “deactivate” also but it was skipped

Yes, this is normal.
The new ones don’t work because they were created with the new cryptographic secret files which you replaced. They were generated using the replaced files and cannot be decrypted with the ones you replaced them with.
Currently, delivered keys cannot be edited or deleted. Only active/inactive keys can.
