request timeout

    does anyone know how to solve this problem? my website is showing me this error https://i.imgur.com/yKZoJLP.png , but it seems to work fine for everyone else. i’m the only one having trouble accessing it.. and If i’m able to access my website, the admin panel doesn’t load..

    If you can edit or override the php.ini file, try increasing the memory execution time. For example, max_execution_time=60; (a number that is larger than what is currently there).

    If you’re unable to edit the php.ini, you will have to contact your hosting provider for help with this. Good luck!

    max_execution_time is 300 at the moment.
