 * Per the screenshot, your computer/device cannot detect any cameras or video devices.
   That is at least from the perspective of the browser you are using – not all 
   browsers support local camera acquisition.
 * If you positively have a working camera, try one or more of the following:
   * 
   restart your computer/device* try another browser* troubleshoot the camera hardware
   and drivers* see if the camera is visible via the following page [https://webcamtests.com/](https://webcamtests.com/)
 * Let us know the results, we may be able to provide further guidance.
