Request/Help: conditional email delivery & hide elements required

First off I’d like to say this is an awesome for manager, and it’s free!!

Now here are the things I would like to see (or wondering if they are possible):

• conditional email delivery : it would be nice if I could send the email of the form to a certain person depending on what form the user has selected. For example, there is a dropdown, if the person selects *contact* it would be delivered to the appropriate contact email, etc.

• hidden fields be automatically not required: have an option (maybe a check box on each element, under the current required checkbox) where the user can select or deselect not required when hidden.

These features would make this plugin easier to use, and a better contact form 🙂
