 * It seems like you’re running an outdated PHP.
 * Can you please try updating your PHP to the latest version(7.3 or higher) and
   see if that helps?

 * It used to work but in the last update it no longer works. I did changing PHP
   version try, but the cpanel said that I do not have permission to do so and the
   hosting company said they cannot change it for the my hosting package, I guess
   there is no need to incur extra costs to install a plugin. Thanks.

 * PHP 7.2 is outdated and no longer supported.
 * I recommend upgrading your PHP version for the sake of security, not only installing
   Presto Player.
