 * when i try to access wpadmin here is what i get

 * what have i done?

 * You are missing some WP files…
 * I’d guess this is a new install, so re-upload the files as it seems you missed
   a few first time…
 * The message is quite self-explanatory, it’s missing the file it requires to show
   the page… 😉
