    Hi,

I use your plugin for about a year. It worked great. Thank you very much. But now something odd happens.

After logging in on the above mentioned page with the redirection to a protected page, I get asked to do the log in again.

Getting redirected to the login page once again, there is no user registered. After doing the log in process one more time, I have access to the desired page.

I have included a link to a short video. (about 1 minute)

Thank you very much for your support!

    Have a great day,
    Axel

Hi, just to confirm with you a few questions.

Do you have any addons included with the plugin? What has changed in your site prior to this happening?

    Thank you

I use the “Simple Membership After Login Redirection” addon.

What has changed? That´s the problem. Nothing has changed except the usual updates.

Btw: Is it possible to restrict the access to the backend with your plugin?

    Hi,

I use the “Simple Membership After Login Redirection” addon.

Can you deactivate and delete the addon and reinstall a fresh copy again. Then can you carry out a test and report back.

Btw: Is it possible to restrict the access to the backend with your plugin?

Can you provide an example of what you are trying to achieve? For example: What kind of access do you want your members to have? Is this going to be limited to all membership levels or only to membership levels?

    Thank you

I deactivated and deleted the addon and installed a fresh copy. But the result is the same. I still need two logins and do not get redirected. Very strange. Shall I create a user account for you?

Re. the backend. I use a plugin to allow visitors (who have access to the protected pages) to schedule meetings through the frontend. But to delete meetings the users have to go to the backend. I would like to give them only access to the pages of this plugin, but not to the other areas in the backend.

Hi, in relation to the first issue please see the following support documentation.

I use a plugin to allow visitors (who have access to the protected pages) to schedule meetings through the frontend.

Can you share here the plugin you are currently using? This will help me to determine if we have an integration addon available or not.

    Kind regards

Thank you very much. I will have a look at the support documentation later today and come back to you.

In the moment I restrict the access to the backend with the “Advanced Access Manager” plugin.

The plugin I use for the event management is “Events Made Easy” and “Events Made Easy Frontend Submit”.
