# Requires "Parent" Plugin?

 * I installed and activated the plugin as usual. I find no new settings, no new
   widget, and no new tool in the compose dialogs.
 * Is it based on another plugin? If so, what is it and where can I get it?
 * Thanks for your advice, Anna
 * P.S. If my hunch is correct, this information should be clearly stated in the
   install instructions.
