 * Hoping to use your plug-in, but the resend option doesn’t appear in the publish
   panel, whether or not the “Resend post on update” switch is on or off in the 
   settings.
 * When the switch is on, an update is **automatically** added under subscribe –
   items =1; if it is not, subscribe shows 0 items to send.
 * Hope you can help.

 * It’s worse than that – it is automatically resending posts that I have updated,
   even though the switch is off in the settings!
 *  Next run is going to be 2017-06-04 18:15:26 and will include 3 posts.
 * This is not good!
