    Hi,

    When a new reservation comes in in the admin I click on “edit” – then I select “confirmed” in the drop-down-menu. After that I check the “send mail”-box. When I click on “edit” the mail will be sent to the customer who reserved. But if I forget checking the “send mail” Checkbox I have no possibility to resent the mail.

    Is there any possiblility to “confirm” the reservation again to the guest?

    Hi Chris,

    The only way to do this is to switch the reservation back to pending and then back to confirmed again (with the checkbox).

    If you want a quicker way to confirm/reject a booking without having to worry about that checkbox, try the bulk actions. Click the checkbox next to a pending booking, then in the dropdown menu at the top left of the bookings table, select Set to Confirmed and then click the Apply button next to it.

    That will confirm the booking and send the notification out. I only really intended the Edit link to be used for making changes to the booking (date, time, party, etc). But I think a lot of people use it like you mention to confirm/reject bookings, so I’ll try to make that easier in the future.
