# Reservation issue

 * Hi Malcolm
 * First rate app thanks. One small thing – can think of any reason why one of our
   admins browsers the Note box, and the Discount box are not appearing… the text
   is there and we have tried clicking all around it but nothing. It works fine 
   on mine and another’s Macs but not on this PC!

 * I have seen a similar issue to this before, with one particular machine giving
   a problem. This turned out to be because the machine in question had a “retina”
   display, and Javascript intended to optimise the output for the display was corrupting
   the output. If memory serves me right, it was JS code installed by the WP theme
   that was the problem. I’m not saying your issue is the same … but it could be
   something similar.
 * Debugging issues like this is difficult at best, and requires stepping through
   the Javascript on the offending machine. On the previous occasion I used TeamViewer
   to “take control” of the problem machine (obviously with the consent and knowledge
   of the plugin user) and was able to diagnose and resolve the problem. If you 
   know a bit of Javascript, you may be able to do this yourself.
