Reset button in table style

    Hello,

    I’m using paid version TP plugin and need 2 things to find out:

    1. How can I add reset button to page (Using Table style 1)?
    2. Is there way to have columns “First name” and “Last Name” for sorting by First or Last Name. This way it’s working I had to put Last name first then last name.

    Plugin is great anyway,
