Is it possible to add a reset button next to the submit button?
Also, there is a scrolling issue after submission of the quiz, its scrolling directly at the end of the page?

Hi Kiran,
please take a look at this solution I just posted for another user with the same problem.

As for the reset button; the best solution would be to probably add a button below whereever you added the quiz that links to the same page. This way, when the page loads again, the quiz resets. You could also add the buttons to the quiz pass / quiz fail results area as well
