 * I am having a real nightmare trying to make the slideshow bigger on my pages.
   I have searched through all the options and settings and cannot see where I can
   make this change. Could someone let me know where it is possible to make the 
   slideshow 1200px by 800px please.

 * quite easy, make a slideshow and in that slideshow you can directly edit the 
   height (width standard=0)
