 * Whenever i try to change any setting on wordpress dashboard for the top 10 it
   just says page not found.

 * I assume you’re trying to save the Top 10 settings page?
 * It could potentially be some other plugin or mod security blocking the saving.
 * What is the exact error that you get? If it’s mod security, you might need to
   check with your host on this one.

 * Yes, When i make a change to the settings page and click “save” it refreshes 
   to a 404 page error. This doesn’t happen to any other plugin i use

 * I noticed this issue many months back on my site and I traced it to apache’s 
   mod_security blocking some post requests. I had my host look at this and they
   modified some rules which fixed this problem.
 * You might want to try disabling your other plugins and trying to see if one of
   them may be conflicting.
