   Comments are closed I do not know why In spite that did not change the settings

 * I assume you mean Pages no longer have comments when created? If so, that’s intentional
   now, Pages default to comments disabled.

 * To enable comments on a Page, edit the Page and look for a Discussion box below
   the editor where you’ll find a checkbox to enable comments. If you don’t see

   there to enable the Discussion box below the editor.
