    We have installed your plugin and we have a series of 500 errors (memory
   limit reached) on wordpress. Is there any optimization that needs to be done 
   in order not to occupy all the server resources? Thanks

 * Is it coming up during Previewing or Updating a tour?
 * If yes, can tell me if you’re using any media or image content on any of the 
   hotspots?

    the problem is about resource limit (500 error).
 * This is the error:
 * The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime
   or capacity problems. Please try again later.
 * Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to
   use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
 * We also upgrade the hosting plan (with more memory and cpu) but the problem is
   present.
 * The problem is present not always, but sometime.

 * Can you please share your website’s debug Log with us for this?
 * On top of that, you can share the error log of your control panel as well.
 * Since it can contain some sensitive data, you can send the details of the error
   log to our email: support @ rextheme.com
