responses to ads

Our clients are getting spammed a lot by one person who is trying to scam them. Here is the email they are getting:

[spam removed by moderator… let’s not help them spread their message!]

How do find out this persons IP address or real email address so I can block them. I’ve tried looking at logs and have security plugins on the site but the name he is using doesn’t show up.
