# Responsive and Customization issues

 * This plugin seems to be high on features, although i have a few things not working
   for me. My site is Movesure.in. Site uses theme Zerif Lite.
 * Issues that I am facing
 * 1. The customization which i have done on my widget, are not displayed correctly
   on my site. Widget appears differently on customization window
 * 2. on Mobile, the chat widget is not being displayed correctly, it is being cutoff
   from right hand side.
 * 3. Although My chat window collects the email ID of user, but i cant find the
   same in any report or archive log.
