 * This a super ad management plugin. I’ve used it on one site for a while now, 
   though in a very simple way. Is there any background image ad examples using 
   adrotate? If not, what would be the suggested [cleanest] way to implement? Thanks
   for any direction.

 * Usually such ads come as Javascipt.
    You can create the advert as normal and 
   add the ad in the footer or a text widget in/near the footer.
 * That’s how I did it for a client sometime last year – I don’t remember which 
   site though 🙁
