# Responsive background issue

 * Hi,
 * I am having an issue on a website _[ redundant link removed ]_
 * It is built in Elementor using the Hello theme.
 * I want the back ground of Testimonial carousel to stay the same size when the
   screen size changes, I don’t mean for tablet and mobile, I mean on different 
   desktop sizes.
 * I have tried have a colour for the background and currently have an image for
   the back ground, but when I look on different screens, the size of the back ground
   changes.
 * I would like the bottom of the blue background to stay level with the image to
   the right.
 * Is this possible?
