 * I have a website that I am working on [http://bagelsnbeyond.terilyongraphics.com/blog/](http://bagelsnbeyond.terilyongraphics.com/blog/)
that will eventually be moved to it’s own domain. I like the way it looks on
my Desktop screen but I do not like how it looks on other devices that have smaller
screens. Because it is a responsive site it is automatically reformatted for
other devices. I made the Navigation bar transparent to give the page a much
better look but I can only see that desired look on my desktop but when I view
it on a cell phone the nav bar is huge and black and also I want the menu items
to stay showing and not to have a single drop-down for menu choices. What I need
is for all devises to show the same layout as my desktop. Is there an easy way
to do this with a plugin or do I have to hunt down all of the code and tweak
every little thing with a custom CSS plugin?

 * You can only use JetPack and activate Mobile Theme, if you wont change this on
   bagelsnbeyond learn css.

 * I’ll look into it, thank you. Does that work on all themes?

 * Even if you follow sceko’s route, you’re going to be tweaking CSS to make things
the way you like. So, it’s time to bite the bagel and do the work on the real
   theme.
 * I just did that on one of my sites, while on the phone with my two partners. (
There was some whinging on my part.) It’s frustrating and a pain, but you wind
   up with a good result.
 * **To add CSS:** If your theme has a custom CSS option, use that to add the CSS.
If not, install the plugin [Simple Custom CSS](https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-css/).
Or, if you have Jetpack installed, enable its [Custom CSS](https://jetpack.com/support/custom-css/)
   module.
 * Learn the [Chrome Developer Tools](https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/)
to help you see and test changes to your CSS.

 * I was hoping to avoid all this. Yes, I do have the Simple Custom CSS plugin,
an amazing tool, and I do know how to find what I need using “inspect” after
right mouse click, but it’s a jungle and very time consuming. I hope I can do
this. I really want the site to look good on all devises and not break. Thank
   you for your advise.
