responsive filter

How would it be possible to have responsive filters for the mobile version?
when someone is visiting the webpage from his cellphone, I would like for him to have filters at the top of the products! With a dropdown filtering! or at least a vertical sidebar with responsive style! Anything that could make the products section look better!
If you will open the URL on mobile you will understand! It is a mess!
