Hi,
thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.
Please uncheck the “Horizontal Scrolling” checkbox on that table’s “Edit” screen. This is causing problems here, as you are using the scroll mode of the Responsive Tables Extension, which basically adds the same feature, but with a different technical method.
By the way: When loading your site, I’m getting a JavaScript error related to a jQuery(...).mask() function not being loaded, which actually causes the site to not work properly (in particular, the tabs don’t work).
Update: This was caused by my adblocker.
Regards,
Tobias
Hey Tobias,
Thanks for the swift reply. In order to un-check the “Horizontal Scrolling,” I needed to turn on √ The first row of the table is the table header.
After disabling the “Horizontal Scrolling” I then viewed the table and it was still showing as fixed.
I then disabled the “Make Frist Row of the table a header” but received the same results.
Laurence
Hi Laurence,
are you sure that you looked at the “Compare-Fixed” table? For that one, the “Table Head row” checkbox is checked (and it must be, as we won’t get a header otherwise, at all).
Also, the “Horizontal Scrolling” checkbox is still checked for that.

Tobias
Hey Tobias,
I was confused. I was editing the “compare” table but had referenced the “compare-fixed” table within the tab. I changed it to be “compare” and now it’s working. Thanks again for your fantastic support!
Hi,
no problem, you are very welcome! 🙂 Good to hear that this helped!
Best wishes,
Tobias
P.S.: In case you haven’t, please rate TablePress here in the plugin directory. Thanks!
Hey Tobias,
I’m not sure if something has changed in the plugin but my Horizontal Scrolling isn’t working anymore. https://www.purifiedh2o.com/products/wl250/ The table is located under the “Compare” tab. Any help would be great.
Laurence
Hi Laurence,
I can confirm that the scrolling is not working, but to be honest, I have no clue why 🙁
It seems that the tabs plugin that your are using (or the theme) is somehow preventing the scrolling from working…

Tobias
