 * I am looking for a responsive gallery of thumbnails that I can add links to the
   thumbnails to launch other resources.
    Will this plugin do this and also, how
   easy is it to insert a gallery into a page and to add an image w/link to a gallery?

 * WP Gallery Custom Links only modifies the WordPress core [gallery] content – 
   it doesn’t generate any html or css on its own, or change the layout.
