 * [@doywil](https://wordpress.org/support/users/doywil/) it might be some 3rd party
   plugin CSS conflict

 * I’m having the same issue. Did you resolve it or change your theme?

 * No I didn’t change the theme. And yes, I was able to. It was a conflict with
   a plugin I am using, Branda plugin. I didn’t want to get rid of the plugin, so
   I checked what functionality of the plugin was creating the issue. Turns out
   it was the Header functionality. I turned it off and the responsive issue was
   solved.
 * I’m not sure if it’s the same plugin or function is causing issues for you. It
   is most likely a plugin or CSS conflict as the author [@vapvarun](https://wordpress.org/support/users/vapvarun/)
   says.
 * To find the cause:
 * Deactivate all plugins on your site. If the response issue is corrected, some
   plugin is causing the issue. If it’s not corrected it’s a CSS conflict.
 * If it is a plugin conflict, we have to find what plugin is causing it. To find
   the mischievous one:
    Activate plugins one by one. Refresh the front end of your
   site after activating each plugin. Finally when you activate the conflicting
   plugin, the responsive issue will come back.
 * It’s a little time consuming work, if you have lots of plugins.
