 * Please help. I am thinking of buying your player but….I need step by step instructions
   on how to get my JW Player to be fully responsive on my WordPress website. If
   it works with your free player then I will consider buying it. Right now I cannot
   even get the player to work. Please help.

 * It is not working properly on my site. Can you help me solve this. I want to 
   buy this player. Please advise on what I need to do to get this work so I can
   make the purchase soon. The link I sent you has the JW Player on it but is has
   big black sections to the left and right. Why are the black sections showing 
   up? How can I get rid of the black sections. Is it possible to enter custom video
   sizes?

 * Set the player’s stretching option to exactfit, so it fills the edges. It is 
   a setting in the wp admin when you create and edit players.
