 * From your screenshot it seems the layout a bit broken or not correctly aligned.
   But I am not sure what you meant by “fields are displaying without spaces”. Can
   you please clarify it with more details?

 * Thanks for the reply, yes the fields alignments are misplaced only for mobile
   version. Actually i tried to add top and bottom padding for problematic fields
   but nothing changed. Still showing broken layout only.

 * It seems you had applied a lot of global and custom CSS. That is why it was creating
