Responsive theme

I got a website http://www.bioresearchlab.net, but while developing this site I forget to change the theme as responsive now I like the theme very much and do not want to loos it. Can you help me to convert this theme to responsive theme bye any way ? My website users also want this theme only. Please help me. My personal email ID : [Nope, these are forums so use them]
