We have checked your site and noticed that you are using Responsive theme v1.9.7.6

The old releases of the theme are not supported, we recommend you to update the theme to the latest release of the Responsive theme v4.3.4

    Thank you.

can I ask if after I update this, will it bring back the lost contents and style in the homepage, like the footer and in the header?

    Hi @castlejack

You’ll not lose your content of the site but you may lose the style of the site as you are updating from a very old version.
We will recommend you to update it first on your test site and see how it is on the test and make changes if required.

    Thank you
