 * Recently I have already developed PSD to wordpress theme. Client was satisfying
   but few times ago client wants this theme will responsive but don’t used any 
   CSS framework. Which work would be better for me for convert to responsive theme.
   Please expert developer shares your idea.

 * Unless you are quite experienced with CSS, you’d probably be best off finding
   a theme that is already coded to be responsive.
