 * The bar seems to break responsiveness. I deactivated the plug-in to see if that
   was the issue, and the bar persists; it still shows up even though I have deactivated
   the plugin…

 * Hi Craig,
 * That sounds like a conflict with your theme styling, do you have an URL to your
   site so I can take a look?
 * As for the second issue, that’s most likely due to caching. There’s no way the
   bar can still show up once the plugin is disabled. Please empty your caches and
   perform a so called “hard refresh” using **Cmd + R** or **Ctrl + R.**
