 * I’m a developer and would like to create some custom integrations and extensions
   for Cartflows. Does the plugin gave a REST API? And are there any developer docs?

 * Actually, there is no REST API in the CartFlows which you can use to create some
   custom code but CartFlows do have the actions & Filters which you can use.
 * On the same note, can you please let me know what are requirements or what custom
   code you wanted to create so that I can share the names of actions & filters.
