# Rest API and Loopback Request Errors

 * When using the Site Health tool, I received 2 critical errors:
 * 1. The REST API request failed due to an error.
    Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation
   timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
 * 2.The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them
   are not currently working as expected.
    Error encountered: (0) cURL error 28:
   Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
 * I troubleshooted all of my plugins and found that these 2 errors occurred when
   either this plugin or the Spider FAQ plugin were activated. Why is this occurring?

 * Please navigate to **wp-content/plugins/spider-faq/faq.php** file, search for**
   add_action(‘wp_loaded’,’boot_session’);** on **31 line** and delete it.

 * Thank you! This solved the problem for the Spider FAQ plugin. Is there something
   similar in the code for the photo gallery plugin?

 * I realized that I have the paid version of this plugin that can no longer be 
   updated which is probably the problem. I will have to try the free version. Thank
   you for your help.
