# Rest API Error Gravity Forms & Zapier

 * Hello everyone,
 * I am hoping someone can help. We are using gravity forms via wordpress and we
   are trying to link the entries to our CRM using Zapier.
 * It has worked previously, but we are now having trouble connecting Zapier to 
   Gravity Forms. There seems to be an “internal server error” (Tools > Site Health
   > REST API)

 * Is this something anyone can help with please?

 * Thanks for the question. Obviously you’re receiving this error on your site. 
   You could try retracing the steps used to install the plugin and configure Zapier.
