 * I have performed several tests to isolate the culprit of the event, which is,

when the WHMCS-Bridge plugin is enabled, the “Site Health” tool on WP throws
   the following errors:
 * > **The REST API encountered an error**
   > The REST API is one way WordPress, and
   > other applications, communicate with the server. One example is the block editor
   > screen, which relies on this to display, and save, your posts and pages.
   > The REST API request failed due to an error.
   > Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation
   > timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
 * and
 * > **Your site could not complete a loopback request**
   > Loopback requests are
   > used to run scheduled events, and are also used by the built-in editors for
   > themes and plugins to verify code stability.
   > The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them
   > are not currently working as expected.
   > Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation
   > timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
 * it also triggers a recommended improvement warning:
 * > **Background updates may not be working properly**
   > Background updates ensure
   > that WordPress can auto-update if a security update is released for the version
   > you are currently using.
   > – Warning Could not confirm that the `wp_version_check()` filter is available.
   >
   > + Passed No version control systems were detected. + Passed Your installation
   > of WordPress doesn’t require FTP credentials to perform updates. + Passed All
   > of your WordPress files are writable.
 * I have disabled all the plugins and performed some tests:
    – All plugins disabled,
but whmcs-bridge alone triggers these errors. – All plugins enabled but whmcs-
bridge, no error on Site Health.
 * I opened a support ticket over 24 hours ago had no reply so hopping I’ll get
   some help here.

 * Hi there [@maverickws](https://wordpress.org/support/users/maverickws/) I see
you reported this thread to the moderators. Please note that we are just the
folks who enforce the rules around all of WordPress.org.
 * Reporting to moderators doesn’t get any faster support, instead it just kind
of attracts attention from folks whose radar you probably don’t want to be on.
   😉
 * If you really do need a moderator, please add a reply letting us know why before
   you hit the report button.
 * Otherwise, please hang in there for the plugin’s support to reply when they can.

 * Hi James, actually that was an accident I didn’t mean to hit the report button.
 * But mind me asking what do you suggest as the proper approach to a paid plugin
whose support simply does not answer. Does not answer here, does not answer via
   official support tickets…

 * They can only support the free plugin here, and are under no obligation to do
   so either.
 * Make sure you try to reach them at [https://i-plugins.com/whmcs-bridge/contact/](https://i-plugins.com/whmcs-bridge/contact/)
which appears to be where they want to be reached.
 * If they don’t help you there either, I suppose you could try asking them for
a refund, but that’s up to you.

 * They don’t support the Paid plugin either, even from their ticketing system.
Takes a month for a reply, god forbid you should respond to that reply, cause
then you can add a second month. It’s horrible. Unfortunately there are no other
bridge softwares for whmcs and wp.
