Rest Api Not Accessible

At first jetpack was getting conflicted with other plugins but i fixed it, but later on i generated css 2-3 times then after that jetpack boost started showi the rest api issue. After looking for fix i contatcted hosting provider and they said the rest api is active on my server but the issue is jetpack using all the memory i have. At the time of jetpack boost page speed check my CPU usage is more than 95% . Is there any fix
