 * Hello,
 * I want to restore a plugin through UpdraftPLus but I get the following error
   message:
 * Restore files from: May 22, 2019 9:32 PM
 * Retrieve (if required) and prepare backup files …
 * The backup archive files have been processed, but with a few errors. You must
   cancel and first correct the problems before trying again.
 * Faults:
    File found, but it has a size of 0 (you must upload it again): backup_2019-
   05-22-2132_International_Giftstore_bed73fd21dae-plugins.zip
 * I have used UpdraftPlus several times in the past and it always worked well.
   What can I do about it?
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Frestore-a-plugin%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hi,
 * It appears that the plugins.zip is missing. Please can you try to refresh the
   backup list by clicking on the “rescan local/remote storage” link? Then attempt
   a new restore.
 * Regards,
    Bryle

 * Hello Bryle,
 * Do you mean I just have to make a new backup?
    An automatic backup was made last
   night. Do you want the log file for that?
 * Greetings Johanna

 * Hi Johanna,
 * Sorry if I was not that clear.
 * Please go to “Backup/Restore” tab and click on the “rescan remote/local storage”
   depending on where your backups are stored. This will refresh the backup and
   you should be able to verify if the backup you are trying to restore is still
   available.
 * Regards,
    Bryle
