    Hi @annebarca

    As I can see you tried to restore backup directly from your local site.
    In most cases your public server can’t see and access local websites.

    The easiest solution for you would be to download your backup manually and upload it via FTP or our upload area below backups list.

    If you would like to make your public server see your local website, you will need to play around with your /etc/hosts configuration to clarify which IP is connected with your local website (it requires SSH access).
