# Restore failed- Debug code and logs

 * I tried three times to backup my development site, then move it over to the new
   blank wordpress install in the new hosting environment. Not sure why it keeps
   throwing an error. It is a very small site with only a few pages and a few plugins.

 * Before you read, the backup ZIP file on source website may be also blocked by
   WordFence plugin if you have it installed on source site.
 * Super-Quick Migration module failed because it couldn’t download backup file.
 * URL you provided for download returned 403 error, which means that the file is
   protected for unauthorized users.
 *  It can be caused by:
    a) Our plugin settings on the website where you created
   the backup b) Some security plugin c) Some firewall (plugin or server side)d)
   Hosting provider other security solutions (e.g. block .zip files download).
 * In our plugin you can find this option (on the website where you created the 
   backup):
    1. Go to section section of the plugin
    2. Allow for migration: [https://prnt.sc/pVzI9daRJPFn](https://prnt.sc/pVzI9daRJPFn)
    3. Save that section, then open “Other options” section
    4. Enable alternate download method: [https://prnt.sc/1slr41w](https://prnt.sc/1slr41w)
    5. Save it as well
 * Now you can start restoration with Super-Quick Migration module once again.
 * If that won’t work, please repeat the “force both processes to stop” step.
   Once
   you do that, download your backup and try to upload it manually.
 * You can upload your backup via FTP, cPanel or our Upload Area.
 * If it will fail, please download latest “hot adjusted” version of the current
   version: [https://backupbliss.com/downloads/plugins/bmi-stable/backup-backup.zip](https://backupbliss.com/downloads/plugins/bmi-stable/backup-backup.zip)–
   it contain small adjustment for Super-Quick Restoration and provides more debug
   details to us.
