# Restoring database error

 * Hello everyone,
 * I need help to restore my WP database. I am trying to move my blog to another
   server. I backed up all the files and the sql database. I uploaded the files 
   to the new server, I’ve changed the nameservers, and now I am trying to restore
   the old sql database.
 * I followed the steps from here [http://codex.wordpress.org/Restoring_Your_Database_From_Backup](http://codex.wordpress.org/Restoring_Your_Database_From_Backup),
   but I receive an error:
 * Error
 * SQL query:
 * —
    — Database: `cribfash_wrdp1` — — ——————————————————– — — Table structure for
   table `wpau_active_plugins_info` — DROP TABLE IF EXISTS `wpau_active_plugins_info`;
 * MySQL said: Documentation
    #1046 – No database selected
 * Please help me, because I don’t know how to solve this. Thanks in advance!
