 * Alright, so here’s the deal. I recently had an issue with FastCGI and PHP on
   my Server 2003 ISS6…yes, it’s ancient…but hey I had to start somewhere. I uninstalled
   IIS, FastCGI, and PHP and began with the reinstall. Of course all of the custom
   files on my other sites work just as they did. But my WordPress site is only
   at about 1%.
 * I know I can restore from an older XML backup, however: not ideal. I am wondering
   if there’s a way to re-associate the index.php with the rest of the WordPress
   site.
 * More details:
    When you go to the URL, the text loads, but no images, themes,
   nor the CSS loads. The only page that I can navigate to is the index.php. Any
   other file in the directory or sub-directory comes up with a 404 error.

 * Can’t remember that far back, but I got it figured out…so this is solved.
