 * Is it possible to have shipping rates updated for only postcodes that are set.
 * Instead of having a “rate for rest of the world” can it not be “no shipping to
   rest of the world”
 * I wish to deliver only to specific postcodes and no where else.
 * Please help

 * Update to Vesrion2.1.1 here you can disable “rest of the world” option.
