 * Is it possible to strip the Dashboard down to only show something like WP Forms
   or Ninja Forms, etc?
 * Essentially have it function like am employee portal?

 * Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. It is certainly possible to accomplish
   what you want within the WordPress platform itself, though I probably wouldn’t
   recommend using Remove Dashboard Access to do it. RDA really serves to push users
   out of the dashboard for the most part. You’d probably be better off using something
   like [Admin Menu Editor](https://wordpress.org/plugins/admin-menu-editor/) instead.
