 * I have a local business directory that allows users to post from the front end
   via a custom post type to a category of their choosing.
 * Can your free (or premium extension)help me to:
    1) Create a “Featured” category
   that this level of user is restricted to posting to or seeing as an option?
 * 2) Allow me to add their post to this “featured” category via the backend?
