Restricted Pages showing blank, not the login box/screen

This is the main page that our members use to log in. It’s been working fine for a month.

yesterday people started saying they are seeing a blank screen (not the login form). I am able to confirm using my test user (same role as they are), but it’s also an issue before even logging in.

Getting same behavior on all UM restricted pages (coming up blank, no restricted message, no login form)

I have cleared Cache (wordpress pluging), Beaver Builder cache and UM Users Cache.
