 * I am new to wordpress as i’m looking for the plugin in which admin makes user
   for the dashboard and give a specific previllage to that user. For Example – 
   admin makes user for post blog so he can only post the blog but main admin should
   approve that blog then only the blog can be posted.

 * use **members** plugin to set capability (enabled functionality) to role (as 
   admin, editor, author, ecc)
