 * My site has 5 pages on the nav menu, four of which are for reference use only.
Therefore, I don’t want users to be able to comment on those pages at all. However,
I DO want them to comment on the articles on the main page. Is there a way to
restrict comments for the 4 pages but not the main one? And when I say restrict,
I don’t mean they have the ability to comment but it goes in moderation, but
rather that no comment box appears.

 * I had that ability but now it has disappeared. I can either turn comments on
or off globally but not for either specific posts or pages. It happened the same
time that the drag-and-drop for widgets stopped working.
 * I “fixed” that by enabling accessibility but I really need to know how to fix
turning off comments for specific pages.
 * It started when I upgraded to WP 3.1 a few days ago.
