# Resync button missing, does not sync

 * Official Mailchimp plugin is a let down, going to try a third party one now. 
   The plugin has not synced products or orders on my install and the resync button
   does not exist.

 * Thanks for the feedback. I just wanted to chime in and offer some troubleshooting
   assistance to see if it’s possible to get things up and running or identify any
   unexpected behaviors that our team can take a closer look at ironing out.
 * As the sync does not have a “resync” button available, it sounds like the sync
   is getting stuck, as we expect that button to show up until the sync process 
   has finished. If you have the time, could you provide a few more details on the
   situation to better inform the testing on my end?
 * – How many products and orders is the site attempting to sync?
    – If you go to
   the Logs tab and enable Debug logging, does anything show up while the sync is
   running? – Would you be able to share the site’s [WooCommerce System Status Report](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/understanding-the-woocommerce-system-status-report/)?
