 * Hi again Franky,
 * I’ve added some (custom) Form Fields to the R.S.VP. booking form.
    I’ve named
   them: ADRES, POSTCODE and WOONPLAATS. I managed to add them to the booking form
   by adding them in the format as #REQ_FIELD1, #REQ_FIELD2 and #REQ_FIELD3, but
   I don’t succeed in adding their given values (during booking) to the R.S.V.P.
   e-mails and to the Attendees list format. What placeholders should I use to do
   that?
 * thank you very much for your support and patience!

 * As said in the changelog, for now they are only possible in the CSV export and
   printable output.
    It is true that they are not yet added to the mail being sent,
   I will take a look at that next.

 * I don’t see them in the CSV export or printable output either.
    Can this be because
   some of the reservations on the particular event were done with the previous
   version?
 * thanks…

 * Yes, the fields will only show if there is any registration with data for those
   fields.

 * I copied our “production” site to a test site. There I upgraded EME from 1.0.4
   to 1.0.5. Then I added some custom fields and also added them to the booking
   form.
    I then added some new reservations (to the existing ones) through the (
   new) booking form and supplied data to the new custom fields. I then even approved
   these new reservations, but still, the data from the new custom fields does NOT
   show up in the CSV export or printout….
 * So I ask again, could this be because some (earlier) reservations were done with
   the previous version?
    I’d like to know because we already have some reservations(
   and new ones coming in) for an upcoming event on our production site, which still
   runs the 1.0.4 version. Up to now we asked attendees to leave their adress in
   the comment field. So we could send them their tickets. It would be great if
   we can upgrade and have new attendees leave their adress in custom fields, but
   not if that means we can’t retrieve it afterwards…
 * thanks for looking into this.

 * It should be OK for existing events as well, I’ll test again this evening. Maybe
   the REQ part is nog correctly interpreted there …

 * Also, this commit should do it for mail info (just use the #_FIELDS placeholder
   in mailformats):

 * That’s great.
    I’ll just wait for the release of version 1.0.6 then…

 * ¿Is there anyway to put the custom form fields in the columns of the tables of
   the admin area (pending approvals, bookings modifying…)?
 * Thanks in advance…
